About Us:
Holy Trinity Wrockwardine Wood is an Inclusive Church in the midst of its community and has been re-ordered with comfortable church chairs, under floor heating, toilets, Hearing Loop, Sound System with a projector/screen. But this is just part of the story….
Holy Trinity Wrockwardine Wood is also the home of our Food Share – supermarket surplus (best before dates reached), Food Bank – Dried and tinned food parcels, and clothes swap. These can be accessed each weekday morning 9:00 till 12:00 when you can also stop for a hot drink and toast which is always available.
Our Sunday services are at 11am and alternate between Holy Communion and Morning Worship with a mix of traditional and modern hymns.
Holy Trinity Wrockwardine Wood is the home of our Messy Church which runs on the third Saturday of each month from 4:00pm till 6:00pm. Messy Church is all about fun, faith and friendship and happens around crafts, music, story and food. It is for all ages and abilities.
Alongside this we offer a Bereavement Café on the second Saturday of each month from 10:00am till 12:00pm; a chance to stop and chat with others who are faced with the journey of grief.
We are part of the Inclusive Church network and are passionate about serving all people. We are a ‘Working to become Dementia Friendly’ church and we are always looking for ways to improve our worship and our service to include all people.
